I highly recommend White Rabbit to organize your garage.I went to the warehouse to see what they had to offer.... Explained to Gary ididn't know what i needed to de-clutter my garage. He immediately offered to come to the house to look at the garage and explain to him what we were looking for. He drew up 3 designs and e-mailed them to us with the cost. The following week we had our shelves installed. The gentleman explained how we could move the hooks to our needs and couldn't be nicer. Gary and all the employees at White Rabbit are very nice to deal with. Very kind gracious and reliable. So happy to have found them on line. I would recommend them to everyone. Furnished and installed shelving, slat wall and epoxy floor in my 3 car garage. Fred Auwerter is terrific he's patience... and walks you through the options and works to get it right to accommodate your needs. The install team was terrific as well. They were not the cheapest and went with them as Fred demonstrated his knowledge, the product is better than it looks in the pictures. Highly recommend them.read more

I got my garage floor repaired and refinished through White Rabbit. It was a bit more expensive than I had hoped to... spend, but the end result is great, and it sure beats having to apply epoxy every couple of years. Their garage shelving solution is extremely over priced. Yes, they have the proprietary "monkey bars" which you cannot get anywhere, but at the end of the day they are just shelves and shouldn't cost hundreds of dollars!!! The quality of the floor work is amazing though and I would highly recommend this company if you can afford it.read more

Totally pleased with my experience with White Rabbit! They designed, provided and installed new cabinets in my garage.... Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He focused on designing a cabinet system to fit my needs. The office staff was very helpful and kept me posted on the status of my cabinets. The installation team was professional and timely and did a great job. The quality of the cabinets is excellent; they are nice looking and very strong. I had one problem with a faulty drawer slide. One call and they quickly replaced the slide; all good now! Highly recommend White Rabbit.read more

We recently had White Rabbit install an epoxy coating on our garage floor and we could not be happier! The floor turned... out so beautiful I don’t want to park cars on it! Ha ha! The salesman Fred, and the office staff provided excellent communication and service, but the biggest thanks goes to the installers John and Ivan who braved the chilly December air (yes they can even do this work in winter!) and really did an amazing job! White Rabbit Home Improvement installed a new poly-urea floor in our garage a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be... happier with the results. The before and after photos say it all.Our entire experience with the company was great from beginning to end. The office manager Teresa handled all of our scheduling and rescheduling promptly and courteously. Our estimator Fred was a pleasure to work with. We had three companies quote on the job and he was by far the most informative about the process and was even helpful in determining the final color and flake size. He was the only one who recommended going up the walls one grout line and we are glad we took his suggestion.We decided to go with White Rabbit even though we had to wait longer for installation. On the first scheduled date, we had to cancel because of the weather. Teresa called back within an hour and gave us a “rain date” that was within two weeks. Honestly, the samples were almost a deal breaker, but the online images were a better representation. We replaced our gray garage with saddletan 1/4 chips, 40 grit. Thank you guys!read more

Extremely pleased with White Rabbit and their very professional and talented team. I had some touch up work that... needed to be done from the initial installation and the company was very responsive. Discussed the issue with them and in a very short time they were out to rectify the situation. The technicians, John and Anthony, came out in the morning, thoroughly explained what they were going to do and like clock work fixed the entire three bay garage floor the same day. Very impressed with the company and with Anthony and John. You should ask for them by name. This is not an inexpensive product, so it's very refreshing to have a company that understands that, sticks by their quality craftsmanship and respects their clients' investment. I rarely give out reviews, but when a company stands by their product like this and has such an an excellent team, I believe it's worth sharing.read more
